Almost 100 percent of Rye high school students in its 2009 class graduated in 4 years, and 92 percent of Harrison’s last graduating class finished in four years, according to a new report released by the state Department of Education.
The study shows that 91 percent of students in Harrison’s latest class completed school in June, with an additional one percent finishing by August.
The statewide study also found that 72 percent of high schools who started in 2005 finished in 2009, which was better than the 66 percent of students who began high school in 2001 and finished in four years.
