Above, Pawnee tribe campers eat popsicles during the end-of-summer carnival at Camp Hillard in Scarsdale earlier today. This is the camp’s 82nd summer, starting out in 1929 as the first day camp in Westchester. It is owned and operated by the Libman family, and brings in kids ages three to 13 from all over the state. Tomorrow, the camp will present the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society with a check from their 17th annual charity event, a World Cup-themed soccer tournament held earlier this summer.
