In the kitchen with Seth Greenberg, West Harrison baker

Posted by: Theresa Juva - Posted in Harrison on Oct 14, 2010

Homemade sticky schnecken buns? Fudge brownies with pecans? Linzer tarts?

You can find all of those in Seth Greenberg’s kitchen, where a delicious aroma is always wafting from the oven. Enter his kitchen and be prepared to taste an array of delicious desserts, such as a rich molten-core chocolate cake or smooth creme brulee.

That’s the nature of coming to my house — it’s food and drink not necessarily to excess, but damn close,” the 53-year-old baker said in his Gainsborg Avenue home Wednesday. “People say, ‘What can I bring?’ An appetite. You’re going to need it.”
