NEW ROCHELLE
A 13-year-old New Rochelle girl told police that she was robbed by three older girls wearing black hooded sweat shirts and bandanas over their faces, police said.
The victim told police that she was walking near Sixth Street and Washington Avenue at 8:30 p.m. Monday when the three girls approached her and one of them screamed an obscenity at her, New Rochelle Detective Capt. Joseph Schaller said.
The insulted teen hit one of the three girls with a Snapple juice bottle, Schaller said.
The three older girls then beat her up and took $5.
No one was arrested.
The victim did not require medical attention.
