Tonight, at the Off the Grid Bar and Grill, at 73 Crotona Ave., in Harrison, retired detective Marc A. DiGiacomo will sign copies of his new book, “In a Small Town,” a crime novel. He’ll be at the restaurant from 7 to 10 p.m.
DiGiacomo, who lives in South Salem, is a former detective with the Harrison Police Department.
“If you are a fan of true crime there isn’t a better fiction novel than mine,” DiGiacomo said in a news release. “I took my years of firsthand experience as a police detective and incorporated it right into this brand new book.”
He said the plot “ties into my personal story of seeing my first dead body when I was 4 years old. The experience seared by soul and inspired me to write this story in the first place.”
